- 265 г овощной смеси маседуан d’aucy (банка 1/2)
- 200 г копченой рыбы
- Майонез
- Растительное масло
- Уксус
- Молотый имбирь
- Соль
Этапы приготовления
- Смешать две столовые ложки майонеза, две столовые ложки растительного масла, одну столовую ложку уксуса, одну столовую ложку молотого имбиря и щепотку соли.
- В получившуюся смесь добавить маседуан и 200 г раскрошенной копченой рыбы
- Осторожно все перемешать и подавать на стол.
