- Очищенные помидоры d’aucy 235 г
- Свекла d’aucy 265 г
- Говядина 450 г
- Кочан капусты среднего размера 1/3
- Картофель 4
- Морковь 1
- Лук 1,5
- Соль На ваше усмотрение
- Петрушка На ваше усмотрение
Этапы приготовления
- Положите говядину в кастрюлю и залейте холодной водой. Отварите ее на медленном огне (с костями или без них), чтобы получился бульон, затем добавьте соль. Примерно через 1 час, когда мясо сварится, выньте его из бульона.
- Нарежьте капусту дольками. Добавьте ломтики картофеля и капусту в бульон и варите 30 минут.
- Мелко нарежьте морковь и лук и обжарьте их на сливочном масле около 5 минут.
- Добавьте свеклу и помидоры и тушите смесь на медленном огне (следите, чтобы она не пригорела).
- Когда овощи будут готовы, добавьте их в бульон с капустой и картофелем. Перемешайте. Добавьте нарезанное ломтиками мясо, укроп и петрушку и готовьте еще 5 минут.
