Ingredientes

  • 375 g ratatouille (lata média)
  • 100 g cebola
  • 10 g alho
  • 300 g carne de frango
  • 40 g queijo ralado
  • 80 g tiras de toucinho defumado
  • 150 g natas batidas
  • 1 ovo (para dourar)
  • 2 massa quebrada

Progresso

  1. Faça refogar os cubos de frango com as tiras de toucinho, cebola picada, alho, sal e pimenta.
  2. Deite o preparado numa saladeira e acrescente as natas, o ovo e o queijo.
  3. Numa forma para torta previamente untada com manteiga, coloque uma massa quebrada e a ratatouille.
  4. Depois, acrescente o preparado de frango.
  5. Coloque a segunda massa por cima e aperte as bordas previamente douradas com o ovo.
  6. Cozinhe no forno quente a 200 °C durante 45 minutos.
