Ingredientes
- 700 g de feijão-verde congelado d’aucy
- 200 g de filetes de arenque
- 4 bananas-pão
- 2 dentes de alho
- 2 pimentos doces
- 1 lima
- 4 colheres de sopa de azeite
- Sal e pimenta
Progresso
- Coza as bananas-pão em água a ferver durante 15 minutos. Escorra, descasque e corte às rodelas.
- Coza também o feijão-verde em água a ferver durante 10 minutos e escorra.
- Misture os dentes de alho e os pimentos doces picados, o sumo de lima e o azeite numa tigela. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
- Sirva o feijão-verde cozido com as bananas, os filetes de arenque em pedaços e tempere com o molho vinagrete.
