Tutti gli ingredienti
- 700 g di cavolfiore surgelati d’aucy
- 4 cucchiai di olio di oliva
- 1 cucchiaino di peperoncino in polvere
- 4 cucchiai di maionese
- 1 cucchiaino di curry
- 1 spicchio d’aglio
- sale, pepe
Le fasi di preparazione
- Cuocere brevemente il cavolfiore per 10 minuti in acqua bollente. Scolare e mettere da parte in una ciotola.
- Mescolare il peperoncino con l’olio d’oliva. Spennellare il cavolfiore con questo composto. Aggiungere sale e pepe. Stendere su una teglia e infornare a 200° per 25 minuti.
- Mescolare la maionese con il curry e lo spicchio d’aglio tritato. Servire il cavolfiore con la maionese piccante.
