All the ingredients
- 200 g of d’aucy frozen peas
- 1 sweet pepper
- 4 sprigs of green onion
- 4 sprigs of chopped parsley
- A drizzle of oil
- 200 g of crab crumbs
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
The preparation stages
- Cook the peas in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the sweet pepper, green onions and chopped parsley in a drizzle of oil. Add the crab crumbs with the peas and cook for 2 min. Add salt and pepper.
- Beat the eggs into an omelet and add it to the preparation. Cook for 3 min and fold in half for serving.
