All the ingredients
- 1 kg of d’aucy frozen soup vegetables
- 1 shallot
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 litre of vegetable stock
- 20 cl of coconut milk
- 4 basil leaves
- 200 g of prawns
- Salt and pepper
The preparation stages
- Brown the chopped shallot in a knob of butter. Add the soup vegetables and pour in the litre of vegetable stock. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Mix everything with the coconut milk and the basil leaves. Add salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup with prawns that have just been fried in a drizzle of oil for 3 minutes.
