All the ingredients
- 235 g d’aucy peeled tomatoes
- 280 g of sweetcorn duo and red kidney beans
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of celery
- 3 sweet peppers
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of chilli pepper
- Coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
The preparation stages
- Set aside half the juice from the d’aucy peeled tomatoes and dice them. Peel and mince the onions and garlic cloves. Dice the sprigs of celery and sweet peppers.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in oil for 3 min. Add the diced vegetables. Cook for 2 min. Add the tomatoes and juice. Continue cooking over high heat for 3 min.
- Add the sweetcorn duo, red kidney beans, oregano and chilli pepper. Add salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 min. Finish by adding the chopped coriander.
