All the ingredients
- 530 g d’aucy flageolets
- 2 carrots
- 600 g lamb
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
The preparation stages
- Peel and dice the carrots. Rub the lamb with the chopped garlic cloves. Sauté in olive oil.
- When the meat is browned, add the sprigs of thyme and cover with water. Cover and let simmer for 30 min.
- Add the d’aucy flageolets and let simmer uncovered for 15 min.
