- 1 علبة حمص من d’aucy
- 1 بصل
- 1 فص ثوم
- 1 بيض
- كزبرة طازجة
- بهارات رأس الحانوت
- زيت زيتون
- ملح
مراحل الإعداد
- يُهرس الحمص في وعاء بواسطة شوكة
- يُضاف البصل، والثوم والكزبرة المفرومة فرماً ناعماً، وملعقة صغيرة من بهارات رأس الحانوت، ورشة ملح ثم البيضة الكاملة
- يُخلط المزيج إلى حين الحصول على عجينة طرية ومتجانسة
- تُشكّل كريات بوزن 10 غ تقريباً وتُدحرج على القليل من زيت الزيتون
- توضع في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة على درجة حرارة 185 درجة مئوية
