جميع المكونات
- 1 علبة متوسطة الحجم من الفاصوليا الصفراء من d’aucy (220 غ: الوزن الصافي المصفى)
- 4 شرائح طويلة من السلمون المدخن (حوالي 240 غ)
- 4 أوراق أزر (قطرها من 18 إلى 20 سم) أو 8 صغيرة (قطرها 12 سم)
- 1 أفوكادو ناضجة
- 1 عصير ليمون أصفر
- 4 أوراق سلطة طرية جداً من نوع خس ورق البلوط
- 5 إلى 6 أغصان من الكزبرة الطازجة أو النعناع
- 3 ملاعق كبيرة من صلصة الصويا
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة من زيت الزيتون
مراحل الإعداد
- تُصفّى الفاصوليا الصفراء من d’aucy.
- تُقشّر الأفوكادو، وتُقطّع إلى نصفين ثم إلى شرائح متوسطة السُّمْك توضع الشرائح في طبق ويُسكب عليها عصير الليمون
- في طبق عميق، تُنقع ورقة الأرز الأولى حتى تطرى ثم توضع بوضعية مسطحة على لوحة. توضع شريحة من السلمون المدخن على الورقة.
- تُوزّع، جنباً إلى جنب، ثلاث إلى أربع شرائح من الأفوكادو في الوسط توضع ورقة سلطة كاملة
- يوضع فوقها من ثماني إلى عشر قطع من الفاصوليا الصفراء وغُصنيْ كزبرة (أو نعناع) قبل لف ورقة الأرز، يُطوى الجانبان بحوالي 1 إلى 2 سم نحو الوسط (فوق المكونات).
- تُلف الورقة على نفسها من الأسفل إلى الأعلى مع شدها بإحكام للحفاظ على ثبات المكونات. توضع اللفة على لوحة
- يُتابع بالطريقة نفسها للفائف الثلاث الأخرى
- توضع ربع ساعة في البراد ثم عند وقت التقديم، تُقطّع اللفائف إلى قطعتين أو ثلاث قطع من أجل إبراز المكونات
- تُحضّر صلصة صغيرة لمرافقة اللفائف من خلال مزج صلصة الصويا مع زيت الزيتون
